Maybe you’re at a crossroads in your life and just need some space to think, create a roadmap and explore your options? This is precisely where Charlotte and Annis have been at multiple times in their lives. Most recently, both women have experienced divorce and had to navigate this journey using each other as support. If only there had been somewhere to go, to escape the rat race, be held in a safe space to voice the fears and worries so inherent to such a huge life-changing event! Well, this is it. This retreat is for you.

This weeklong retreat in Tuscany is designed to guide you from A to B. Relax and open yourself to new thinking in an intimate, beautiful and safe space of healing and acceptance. Annis and Charlotte have over fifty years of experience between them across a range of different fields of knowledge and expertise. All this wisdom is for YOU. We will show you the exact steps we have taken to evolve into the women we are today. It takes hard work! The journey is often terrifying, especially taking that first important step. Let us hold your hand and lead you.

The unique combination of skills from Annis Fender and Charlotte Loxley-Campbell creates the ultimate healing experience; breathwork and wisdom from Annis is complemented by Charlotte’s invigorating vinyasa flows and nutrition knowledge. The week is designed to help you shed the unwanted layers of fear, guilt and shame to transform into the inherently confident, self-assured goddess that you are. 

The accommodation is stunning - set in private grounds that include a lake, swimming pool and tennis court as well as an organic vegetable garden that guests are encouraged to use during their stay. We are really lucky to have been able to secure this venue for our inaugural joint retreat and cannot wait to share the space with you. A wellness spa on site can be booked separately for those who want that extra bit of luxury during their stay (sauna, massages etc).

ACCOMMODATION

Double en-suite rooms (single occupancy 2,200 Euros or shared with a friend 1,100 Euros each)

Twin room (shared room, two single beds and shared bathroom 1,700 Euros)

Triple room (three single beds with en suite 1,700 Euros per person)

This weekend retreat felt like being wrapped in a cozy blanket. Charlotte is warm and welcoming and a knowledgeable yoga teacher. Hallowarren Barn is a magical place and set in beautiful gardens and woodland. The weekend was a lovely mix of yoga, meditation, reflection, conversation and scenic walks through stunning landscape. The home cooked food was wonderful and the hospitality heartwarming. It was hard to say goodbye to new-found friends and I can’t wait to return.

Itinerary

We strongly believe that a retreat should be relaxing, nourishing, grounding, centering and full of peace. We want you to leave feeling full up with love for yourself and your fellow women, nourished by organic food and company, rested from having enough sleep, and focussed on your intention for the future.
