There’s nothing worse than trying to follow a diet that calls for obscure ingredients that aren’t in the average kitchen cupboard, and an exercise regime that takes two hours; Charlotte’s plan includes snack ideas based on the kind of foods I had already mentioned I enjoy eating - it’s just about getting the balance right. Highly recommend Charlotte - everyone could benefit from her vast knowledge and expertise in some way.

I’m a busy mum of two and in 2019 I’d like to get back to the old me, lose some weight and generally feel healthier. I decided to enlist Charlotte’s help because even though I don’t eat a lot of sugar and calorific foods, I know I don’t fuel my body with the right healthy snacks to keep me energised and boost my metabolism.
I felt completely comfortable with Charlotte. At our first session she gave me a tailored exercise plan and a plan of action for the next few weeks, and by 6pm that evening I had a three page PDF on email with meal ideas, snack suggestions and more. Two weeks in and I’m feeling great; Charlotte has clearly tailored the eating and exercise plan to me and my life which has made it really easy to follow.
